FREE In-store Pick Up.
Available to Queensland residents only. Please contact us if you wish to arrange instore pick up from another Australian state or country.
How does instore pickup work?
Select instore pickup as your delivery method during checkout
Receive an email or SMS notification, normally within 12 hours, to collect your order
Ensure you have your order collection notification (on your phone is fine) or a photo ID when collecting your order
Family and friends can collect your order on your behalf, provided they have:
A copy of the order collection notification
A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf
Photo ID
In-store Pick up available from Shop A/119 Gallerywalk, Long road, Tamborine Mountain, QLD, 4272, Australia. We are open 7 days a week 10am to 4pm aest.
Orders must be collected within 14 days, uncollected items will be refunded and incur a restocking fee.
-Australian Shipping-
Crystal Mountain sends all domestic parcels via Australia Post.
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and given at checkout before payment is made.
Dispatch of goods is within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed next Business day.
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive tracking information via email.
Delivery times are subject to Australia Post and shipping provider services. Crystal Mountain cannot assume responsibility for any delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s and shipping providers control or for any missing items after they have been lodge for shipping.
**Orders totalling over 20kgs will require special freight services, please contact us at info@crystalmountain.com.au with desired product numbers/SKU found on product page and we will calculate the best available customised freight costs.**
-International Shipping-
Crystal Mountain sends all International parcels via Australia Post.
